WARRANTY

Your mobile Shelbox home is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase.
The date of purchase must be confirmed by submitting a copy of the official document issued by Shelbox S.p.A., which states sales data and product identification data.

This document must always be shown to the technician performing the reparation for it to be covered by warranty.
The "warranty" covers the reparation or replacement of any part of the product found defective due to manufacturing faults and also includes transportation charges, if applicable.

Upon receiving your request, we will send you a technician onsite as soon as possible, depending our organizational requirements.

To allow us to correctly identify your product, please remember to quote the serial number stated on your Shelbox mobile home nameplate, which is situated next to the entrance door.
