For the computations and static tests, the structure has been designed in accordance with current European standards (like UNI EN 10025/93, UNI EN ISO 1461, UNI EN 288, UNI EN 10147.)

The main and secondary structures are made with S275JR or S275JO quality steel according to UNI EN 10025/93.

All the profiles are sanded SA 2.5 and galvanised according to UNI EN ISO 1461. Welding procedures: according to UNI EN 288. Structural screws and bolts are made of galvanised steel and with minimum class 8.8 (8G).

Roofing fretted thermal insulation sandwich panels made of self-extinguishing, closed cell, polyurethane foam, thickness 40 mm+40 mm fret.

  • R= 1,733 sq.mk/W
  • U=0,875 W/sq.mK

We have recently developed a range of independent prefabricated living units. The range includes 4 types of single-family homes of varying sizes, with proportions designed to accommodate up to 8 people.
The new range completes our line of prefabricated units that can be used to set up in very short times entire villages in very short times, with social services and infrastructures, for large communities and long-term residence purposes.

Techical Plants

The prefabricated houses that we propose feature a simple structure made of steel section bars, columns and trusses easy to assemble using bolts and nuts, with no need for particular hoisting systems (in fact a team of three persons will suffice to make the entire structure habitable in just a few days). The outside walls are formed of expanded polyurethane panels with variable thickness and to enhance thermal insulation and comfort, an inside wall lining can be made.

The design of the gabled roof and the use of insulated panels both in the roofing and in the false ceiling create an air space capable of increasing the shielding against solar radiation, thereby making the building suitable for environments with extreme thermal conditions such as subtropical deserts and equatorial climates. The perimeter panels can be characterised by various types of finishes and coatings. The buildings will be supplied complete with pre-assembled electric and plumbing systems. The possibility also exists of supplying the whole structure with fireproof materials.

Special finishes

We offer a wide range of outdoor and indoor finishes. Thanks to the wide range of possible combinations, our solutions can be customized to match the typical characteristics of the locations where they are being installed.

Shelfield is an example of integrated settlement for large and sedentary communities. It is constituted by over 500 living units, two thirds of which consisting of "Venice" homes (106 square meters) and one third of which of "Pisa" homes (72 square meters).
